You agree to provide, upon request, a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may be restricted from making withdrawals.
mwplay accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating payment source. mwplay shall not be held responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. mwplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mwplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mwplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure under circumstances other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (net of voided bonuses) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
